Candy Drop Dreams

candylandGumdropPass2

If this doesn’t make you laugh, it should at least make you cry.  Lol…  😉

Candy drop dreams
Whisk me away
In this black licorice world
I cannot stay

Sugar plum fairies
Hold me steady
Teach me how to dance
And don’t let me go until I’m ready

Caramel clusters
Hold me together
Keep me from falling apart
In this marshmellowy weather

Toffee bar bridges
Guide my way
Help me to get to the other side
And don’t let me stray

Minty trimmed mountains
I hear your call
As I reach up to climb you
Please don’t let me fall

Chocolate rivers
Flood my soul
Please help me to reach
My ultimate goal

This has to be the worst poem
I’ve ever written
All I can think of is that
It’s hormonally driven

  5. I fell in love with this great quote of “Sigmund Freud”, recently:
“Everywhere I go I find a poet has been there before me.”
It is admirably, so true for me!
That’s the reason of why I do love poetry so much,
And your poetry is pure inspirational and admirable.
I love all of your writings.

    Love & hugs, ❤

Well I didn’t check my twitter yet. Actually I don’t know how to work with it, just like Facebook. I don’t enjoy them.

    Thank you again.

    What about your book?

    xoxo ❤
