So I was recently on Amazon, fiddling around with my settings and exploring all that Amazon has to offer, when suddenly I came across, “The Dash Buttons.” At first I had no idea what these were; I had never heard of them and thought to myself… what newfangled gadget do we have here? Well, it seems that for the amazing price of just $4.99, (plus free shipping if you are a prime member), you too can have one of these strange awesome little gadgets. I know what most of you are probably thinking…. What the heck is a Dash Button? Well, for all of you who haven’t heard of these nifty little gadgets, let me tell you…
The Dash Button is a device that allows you to order common household items which you may be running out of. So for example, let’s say you’re running out of paper towels, trash bags, etc. You simply press the button on the device and it automatically reorders the product for you through your Wi-Fi signal. I started thinking, what’s next? Milk, eggs, cereal? Will we eventually be able to press a button for just about anything we need and suddenly a hover craft will appear and leave the items at our door? The capability is certainly there…. I am not only amazed, but a little scared to be honest. Reminds me of the old cartoon “The Jetsons.” All the Jetsons had to do, was simply press a button in their kitchen, and out would come their food. I always loved that cartoon… I’m simply amazed though, are we finally getting to the age of the Jetsons?

Oh wow, I didn’t know such a thing existed and, like you, I’m astounded/taken aback, and I cannot help but echo your sentiments: why? Just why??
Agreed, it’s very much like The Jetsons.

Refrigerators beware, you may have all kinds of these thingys hanging all over you. Children beware. This is strangely similar to pocket dialling and mom and dad may not want to pick up the bill after you bump into the fridge.

Meet George Jetson! Amazon is already delivering with drones, although I’m not really sure I’d like to open my front door to one of those. A hovercraft would be very cool, though LOL

I like to do links this way better than by re-blogs. With the link readers can go to if they want. Also, it bothers me when the original author isn’t attributed and it seems I am the author and I have to explain that I’m not.
