Favorite Artist – Leonid Afremov

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

~Carl Rogers

            1. No I haven’t contacted him. You can search online to find out about his classes though… I originally found out about his artwork because I saw one of his classes being offered. I’m still interested in taking one, but I just don’t have the time right now. I don’t think the classes are very expensive.

            2. No problem, I’m more than happy to do it! I’ve been thinking of taking some art classes, but I haven’t looked into it yet. I’ve always wanted to learn pottery, and my heart thirsts to draw and paint again.. Tanya said I’d qualify for financial aide, but I don’t think I would if I’m just taking a class at a time.

            3. Well, I think you should… creativity is a sure cure for almost anything. And I know you’ve been saying that you’ve been feeling kind of down lately. You should definitely look into it. It will be an uplifting experience for sure!

            4. Thank you, I think that I should, too. Very true! Yeah, I have. I am still considering it. Can’t hurt, right?:) If I’m able to take a class at a time, I think it would be good for me to get out and meet new people, too. I really don’t have any friends in real life. I’ll keep you posted!
